Does anyone NOT love Trader Joe’s?
Honestly, even though I asked that question, I don’t want to know the answer because if a Trader Joe’s hater existed, I don’t want to know. I mean, they’re obviously crazy, right? How can you not love the magic that is Trader Joe’s?
While I have my tried and true Trader Joe’s favorites, and my love for them will never wane, I also totally go through phases of favorites. I love that (just like me) TJs goes crazy for pumpkin in the Fall, and add some tasty cranberry treats in the winter. It seems like right now TJs is going ga-ga for mango and pineapple. If they went crazy for strawberries, I don’t think I’d ever leave.
Here are five of my current TJs faves…
Strawberry Yogurt O’s – I first bought these a couple of weeks back and I (along with some help from Cecilia) have already eaten four boxes. This cereal has some yogurt-covered O’s, freeze-dried strawberries and yogurt chunks. I have to say the yogurt chunks are my favorite and I could probably eat a whole box of just those. What I really like about this cereal is that it’s not super sweet and tastes great to eat dry by the handful (which I’ve probably done more than eat it with milk).
Sriracha Potato Chips – Travis bought these on a whim a couple months back and they’ve been a staple on our grocery list ever since. These chips are lattice cut which automatically makes them superior to other chips, in my opinion and they’ve got great flavor. They taste a bit like BBQ chips…but much better. So addictive!
Columbian Supremo Whole Bean Coffee (perfect for Cold Brew) – I’ve been a cold brew coffee making machine since we’ve moved because we’re no longer in walking distance (or really even short driving distance) to the best coffee shops in San Diego. I’ve been using my tested recipe and making it with this coffee (which I grind to an espresso size at the store and make right when I get home).
All the rosé wine – I used to be one of those people who would switch from red wine to white once the weather got warm and then back to red once it got colder outside. I’m totally not that person anymore and just drink rosé from TJs all year long. I’ve tried just about all of the ones they have that are under $9.99 a bottle and I have yet to be disappointed.
Inner Peas Snack – I originally bought these as a snack for Cecilia, but Travis and I have been snacking on them more than she has. They are nice and crunchy and have great flavor (although they don’t really taste like peas). We’ve just been eating them right out of the bag, but Cecilia will sometimes dip them in her hummus at lunch. No matter which way you eat them, they’re delicious and need to be in your shopping cart on your next TJs trip.
What are you loving from TJs right now? Are you going crazy for all things mango?
