One of the reasons this is my favorite time of year is because it’s the one time a year I sacrifice myself to buy and try as many of the new seasonal items Trader Joe’s has to offer.
Here are my favorite Trader Joe’s pumpkin items available this year!
Pumpkin Ginger Hold the Cone! – I’m a big fan of the vanilla and chocolate versions of this frozen treat and have to say that I love the new pumpkin flavor! I’m not always a big fan of ginger-flavored items because they can taste really artificial, but these don’t. The ginger cone tastes like a gingersnap cookie and the pumpkin ice cream is perfectly spiced, too. The candy-like coating isn’t too sweet either making these the perfect after dinner treat.
Pumpkin Spice Caramel Corn – It took me a few bites to fall in love with this caramel corn, but it happened. The roasted pumpkin seeds are the perfect addition and this caramel corn is so addictive; it’s hard not to eat the whole bag in one sitting!
Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps – These are the best if you need a quick appetizer for a party! Pair it with most any seasonal Trader Joe’s cheese and you’re all set! My current favorite holiday cheeses available at TJs are the cinnamon toscano and any of the their goat cheeses that are rolled in dried fruit (try the cherry and dried apricot).
Organic Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark – OMG. I can’t even count how many bags of this stuff we have devoured over the last month. There were some weeks where I would only get one or two small bites of it, because my chocolate-loving husband would sneak bites here and there and finish the bag before we knew it. This bark is a bit heavy on the spices (especially cinnamon), but since I would put cinnamon on anything, I didn’t mind at all. Stock up when you buy it, though, because it sells fast!
Vanilla Pumpkin Scented Candle – The one non-food item on the list! I had never tried a TJ’s candle before this, but since this combines my love of vanilla and pumpkin, I had to try it. I love that it comes in a tin with a lid and it gives off a great scent when lit. I’ve been a big fan of it this year!
